Learned counsel for the respondents has contended that vide order dated 24.05.2024 eviction petition was allowed ex parte and in view thereof the present revision petition has since been rendered infructuous. 2.

In view of the above, the present revision petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. The petitioner would be at liberty to challenge the impugned order alongwith the order passed in the main petition.
