Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to transfer the investigation of case FIR No. 93 dated 16.05.2017, registered under Section 304-A IPC at Police Station Phase-I, Mohali. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that as per medical opinion, copy of which is available on page 17 of the file, the cause of death in this case is because of ante moretem injuries on account of fall from height and FIR has been registered under Section 304-A IPC, whereas some more sections of Indian Penal Code are required to be added, but investigation has not been carried out properly. For that purpose, petitioner has already made representation dated 28.04.2017 (Annexure P3) to respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Mohali, but no action has been taken so far.

A complete copy of paperbook be provided to them during the course of the day. In view of above, present petition stands disposed of with the directions to respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Mohali to look into representation dated 28.04.2017 (Annexure P3) and take required action thereof, expeditiously, as per law.
