**** AMIT RAWAL, J. (ORAL) Mr. V.M. Gupta, Addl. A.G., Punjab, on instructions from Mr. Mandeep Singh Dhillon, Tehsildar, Kharar and Mr. Jas Karan Singh, Naib Tehsildar, Majriyan, who are present in Court, submits that certified copy of the mutation dated 20.12.2017 could not be supplied to the petitioner, on the premise, that the then, Naib Tehsildar, namely, Varinder Pal Dhoot, had though passed the order, but it was not made available, resulting into, suo moto enquiry by the Deputy Commissioner, Mohali, in the month of February 2019. As far as dereliction of duty is concerned, the matter is being enquired into, therefore, delay was not intentional, but owing to the aforesaid fact. However, he brought the certified copy of the order as well as mutation, which are being handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner, in Court today.
