******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No. 505 dated 28.09.2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 5/13(2), 5/13(3) of the Haryana Gauvansh Sanrakshan and Gausamvardhan Act, 2015 at Police Station Nuh, District Nuh. Heard.

The petitioners have joined the investigation except the identification of the petitioners by secret informer, who is privy to police only and can not be cited as witness in this case, there is no evidence with the police to establish identification of the persons, who were involved in the offence of cow slaughtering.

Keeping in view the above fact, this petition is allowed and the Jyoti 2017.08.10 18:29 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document HIGH COURT, CHANDIGARH

CRM-M-7066-2017 -2order dated 03.03.2017 is made absolute till the presentation of challan, subject to the following terms:- (i) that the petitioners shall make themselves available for interrogation by the police as and when required; (ii) that the petitioners shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the accusation against them so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer;

(iii) that the petitioners shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court.

(iv) that the petitioners will seek regular bail on the presentation of challan in Court.
