(ORAL) The petitioner seeks regular bail in FIR No. 40 dated 14.3.2017 under Sections 148, 149, 302, 323, 324, 325, 506 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station Shahzadpur, District Amabla. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the present case challan was presented in June 2017 but till dated the material witnesses, especially the doctor, have not been examined. Learned State counsel, on instructions from Sub Inspector Dev Chand, submits that only one witness i.e. Jaspal Singh has been partly examined.
