The petitioner has approached this Court seeking grant of regular bail in respect of a case registered vide FIR No.181, dated 3.7.2021, Police Station Lambi, District Sri Muktsar Sahib, under Section 380 of Indian Penal Code, wherein offences under Sections 411, 413, 473 IPC were added later on. 2.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3.

Custody certificate of the petitioner has been filed by learned State counsel today in Court, which is taken on record. In the said custody certificate, the custody of the petitioner is recorded only upto 23.8.2021. 4.

This Court finds that vide order dated 19.8.2021, the petitioner had been granted interim bail for a period of 3 months and was required to surrender back before the Jail Authorities on 20.11.2021.
