The present revision petition has been filed against the order dated 02.03.2024 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Dera Bassi, District SAS Nagar whereby interim maintenance has been granted to the petitioners in a complaint under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present revision petition with liberty to approach the Court of Session to avail his alternate remedy of appeal under Section 29 of the Act. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
