(ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 439(2) read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing order dated 03.11.2018 of the trial Court whereby respondent No.2 was granted regular bail.

Heard.

Since, respondent No.2-complainant did not appear before the trial Court as directed by this Court vide order dated 30.10.2018 passed in CRM-M-46965 of 2018, therefore, bail granted by the trial Court to respondent No.2 - Surender alias Chiku cannot be cancelled. Dismissed.
