This is the second petition filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking quashing of FIR No.0011 dated 23.2.2019 registered at Police Station Badali Ala Singh, Fatehgarh Sahib under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code, the first one having been dismissed as withdrawn on 25.2.2021. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer for issuance of a direction to respondent-State for conducting expeditious investigation in the matter, so that a final report is submitted at the earliest. 3.

In view of the aforesaid limited submission, the instant petition is disposed off with a direction to Senior Superintendent of Police, Fatehgarh Sahib to PANKAJ KAKKAR 2021.08.06 16:20 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
