Respondents No.2 to 5 had faced trial in a complaint filed by the petitioners under Section 417, 420, 423, 465, 468, 471, 474 and 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860. Trial Court vide order dated 28.01.2012 ordered the acquittal of respondents No.2 to 5. The appeal filed by the petitioners against the said order was dismissed by the Appellate Court vide order dated 25.04.2015. Hence, the present petition by the complainants.
I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and have gone through the record available on the file carefully.
The case of the complainants, in brief, was that Dr.

Courts below while ordering the acquittal of the accused held that there was no material on record that the experience certificate of Dr. Rajbir Singh was fake. Further there was nothing on record to suggest that the petitioners had been authorized by the University to file the complaint.
In these circumstances, Courts below had rightly ordered the acquittal of respondents No.2 to 5. Hence, no ground for interference by this Court is made out. Dismissed.
