******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 116 dated 20.08.2016 registered for the offence punishable under Section 15 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station City Lambi.

Heard.

It is submitted that the petitioner has put in appearance before the trial Court and has been allowed bail under order dated 03.03.2017 passed by this Court..

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed and order dated 03.03.2017 is made absolute subject to the condition that he will keep on appearing before the trial Court on each and every date of hearing.
