Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 3 for conducting fair and transparent investigation in FIR No. 115 dated 07.09.2018, registered under Sections 323, 324, 506, 148 & 149 IPC at Police Station Subhanpur. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that present case is based upon version and cross-version before the police. The allegation against the petitioner and his associates is to cause simple injuries, whereas the other side had caused grievous injuries to the petitioner, but no action has been taken on the complaint having been made by the petitioner. However, petitioner and some of his associates were arrested and were released on bail.
