At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondents-State submits that the charge-sheet dated 26.07.2022 (Annexure P-3) issued against the petitioner as well as punishment imposed upon the petitioner vide punishment order dated 01.04.2025 (Annexure P-10) have already been withdrawn by the respondents-department hence, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.

Keeping in view the statement made by learned State counsel recorded herein above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the presnet petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further.
