Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to the respondents to conclude investigation in case FIR No. 255 dated 29.10.2014, registered under Section 420 IPC and 63 & 69 of the Copy Right Act, 1957 at Police Station Amritsar City, District Amritsar. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that FIR was got registered by the petitioner as far as back on 29.10.2014 and despite passing of four years, investigation has not been completed. Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Ashok Kumar Singla, Senior Deputy Advocate General, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondents. A complete copy of paper-book be provided to him during the course of the day.
