R.P. Nagrath, J. (Oral) Instant revision has been filed against the order dated 17.07.2014 passed by learned Magistrate whereby the complaint was dismissed at the preliminary stage finding no sufficient ground for proceeding against the accused persons.
Revision against the order passed by the Magistrate was maintainable before the Sessions Court.
The instant revision is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file revision before the Sessions Court and the time spent in the instant petition would be excluded if the revision before the Sessions Court is filed within a period of two weeks.
