A report has been received, according to which, a settlement has been arrived at between the parties, which has been reduced into writing. Copy thereof has been placed on record. Counsel for the appellant submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the instant appeal with liberty to file a fresh petition under Section 13-B of the Act before the competent court of law. Counsel for the respondent is agreeable to this. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. Needless to observe that parties shall be at liberty to seek waiver of the statutory period of six months in terms of the judgment of the Apex Court rendered in Amardeep Singh Vs. Harveen Kaur, 2017(4) R.C.R. (Civil) 608.
