Mr. Ashish Gupta, Advocate, for the petitioner. **** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for setting aside order dated 07.12.2016 (P7) and 07.01.2016 (P-5). In para No. 7 of impugned order dated 07.12.2016 shows that medical opinion was given on 29.05.2012 wherein it was opined that possibility of miscarriage of petitioner due to assault cannot be ruled out. However, subsequently, medical opinion dated 12.07.2012 was given by Dr. Deepak Puri, wherein it was observed that miscarriage of petitioner could have been caused due to some medicines. Therefore, Medical Board was constituted who after examining the petitioner opined that since pregnancy of petitioner was up to twelve weeks, possibility of abortion due to injuries was unlikely. Thus, once the Medical Board was constituted and has given its opinion, no ground is made out to set aside orders dated order dated 07.12.2016 (P-7) and 07.01.2016 (P-5).

Dismissed.
