(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to proceed with the investigation of FIR No.102 dated 07.07.2015 registered under Sections 323, 341, 506 read with Section 34 IPC at Police Station Model Town, Ludhiana. In pursuance to the notice of motion order dated 03.03.2017, reply by way of affidavit of Naveen Kumar, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Supervisor Officer of Police Station Model Town Ludhiana on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3 has been filed. As per the reply, the untraced report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. has been prepared and the same will be submitted before the trial Court. Counsel for the State, on instructions from HC Randhir Singh, submits that the untraced report has already been approved and will be submitted in the Court on or before 29.09.2017. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a protest petition before the trial Court, in accordance with law.
