RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to initiate action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 14.08.2018 (Annexure P-3) against respondent No.4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the purpose would be achieved if respondent No.2 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Shahid Bhagat Singh Nagar (Nawanshahar), is directed to look into representation dated 14.08.2018 (Annexure P-3) moved by the petitioner, in a time-bound manner.
