(ORAL) The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside order dated 27.01.2026 (Annexure P-11) passed by learned Commissioner, Rohtak Camp at Jhajjar, Haryana; order dated 09.09.2025 (Annexure P-9) passed by the learned Collector, Jhajjar and order dated 06.06.2025 (Annexure P-8) passed by the learned Assistant Collector 1st Grade, Matanhail, Jhajjar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant writ petition, accordingly, she may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh one with better particulars, on the same cause of action. 3.

A perusal of the writ petition reveals that earlier also the petitioner had filed a writ petition (CWP No.6556 of 2026) which was dismissed as withdrawn on 18.03.2026 with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars. Now also same prayer is being made. Apparently, the DINESH 2026.05.29 16:40 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document instant writ petition has been drafted in a causal manner with incomplete

annexures/translations, which has resulted in wastage of time of this Court. 4.

Keeping in view the above and as a last indulgence, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh writ petition on same cause of action; however, subject to payment of costs of Rs.5000/- to be deposited with "Punjab and Haryana High Court Bar Association Lawyers' Family Welfare Fund (Account No.41564846387, S.B.I. High Court Branch)".
