Counsel for the petitioner prays for time to verify the said fact.

Today Mr. Mehla submits that he has not been able to contact his client to dispute the fact noticed in the order dated 27th of October, 2022.

CRM-M-53202-2018 -2petition filed invoking jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of the summoning order dated 25th of August, 2017 and criminal complaint case No.261/2014 dated 20th of October, 2014 cannot be entertained.
