(ORAL) This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 437 dated 26.12.2021, registered under Sections 419, 420 and 120-B of IPC and Section 66 D of Information of Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008 and Section 8 of Haryana Public Examination (Prevention of unfair Means) Act 2021 (Section 419 IPC 1860, Section 66-D of IT Act 2008 and Section 8 of H.P.E. Act 2021 were deleted later on).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to order dated 13.04.2023, the petitioner has joined the investigation and has fully cooperated in the same.

Learned State counsel per his instructions from ASI Rajesh Kumar submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and in view of cooperation rendered by him, no custodial interrogation of the petitioner is required. 4.

In view of the above, since custodial interrogation of the petitioner is no more required and he has already joined the investigation and cooperated with the investigating officer, the petition is allowed. Order dated 13.04.2023 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the petitioner's complying with provisions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
