(ORAL) Petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, for quashing of order dated 21.07.2022 (Annexure P-3) passed by Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Phagwara vide which the petitioner has been declared proclaimed person in FIR No.107 dated 15.06.2016, registered under Sections 420, 406 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Phagwara City. 2.

Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Harjinder S. Sidhu, who is present in the Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent/State. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, however, in case the petitioner surrenders before the trial Court within a period of two weeks from today and moves an application for grant of regular bail, the same shall be considered by the learned trial Court expeditiously (if possible), in accordance with law. 6.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
