(ORAL) The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that he was entitled for grant of 83 marks in the written examination keeping in view number of questions attempted by him and co-relating the same with the correct answers key, which was uploaded by the respondents, whereas, he has only been granted 82 marks in the written examination and due to the said action, he could not be selected against the post of line-man, for which he was competing in pursuance to the advertisement No.11 of 2019.

CWP-14858-2021 -2by the petitioner before the respondent-Commission before filling the present writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner concedes that no representation qua the said grievance has been attached with this petition, though the petitioner had met the respondents number of times raising the said aspect.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be given an opportunity to file a representation with the respondents raising the said grievance and the respondents be directed to decide the same expeditiously.

Learned State counsel submits that in case the petitioner files any representation with the respondents raising the grievance that he was entitled to get 83 marks in the written examination instead of 82 marks, the said representation will be considered by the respondents on merits and will be disposed of by the competent authority of the Commission within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the same by passing an appropriate speaking order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as of now the grievance of the petitioner raised in the present writ petition stands satisfied and he does not want to press this writ petition any further, at this stage and the same may be disposed of as such. Ordered accordingly.
