**** H. S. GREWAL, J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 seeking direction to official respondents for legal taking action against respondent No.4 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner contends that he would be satisfied in case the representation dated 24.03.2025 (Annexure P-1) be decided in a time bound manner.
