(Oral) This is an application by husband for transfer of divorce petition filed by his wife, which is pending before Principal Judge, Family Court, Hisar, to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Rohtak. After hearing learned counsel for the applicant and going through the file, I do not find that any ground is made out to allow the application. The same stands dismissed.
