This is the second application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 in FIR No.175 dated 03.08.2019 under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 13 of the Punjab Travel Professionals Regulation Act, 2012 registered at Police Station Civil Lines, Amritsar, District Amritsar. The first application for anticipatory bail filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court by passing a detailed speaking order on 12.11.2020. There is no fresh ground to entertain the present petition. The order passed by this Court on 12.11.2020 is self-speaking.
