Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 516 dated 09.09.2018, registered under Section(s) 272, 420, 468, 468, 471 & 120-B IPC, Section 61 of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914 and Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 at Police Station Sadar, Sonipat.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that involvement of the petitioner in the above noted FIR is on the basis of disclosure statement made by his co-accused, namely Pawan. The allegation against the petitioner and his co-accused that 600 bottles of foreign made liquor, labels and other material, which were being used for supplying spurious liquor, were recovered.
