The petitioner, incarcerating upon his arrest in the FIR captioned above, came up before this Court under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (CrPC) seeking bail.

In paragraph 19 of the bail petition, the accused declares that he has no criminal antecedents.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner contends that the pre-trial incarceration would cause an irreversible injustice to the petitioner and family. 4.

The investigation points out the petitioner's involvement in a vast GST evasion scam, causing a loss to the exchequer of Rs. 6 crores. The mobile numbers of the petitioner and other details primafacie connect him with the commission of the offence.An analysis of the allegations and evidence collected does not warrant the grant of bail to the petitioner.
