Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 224 dated 05.11.2017, registered under Section(s) 21 of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Bhogpur, District Jalandhar Rural. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that earlier, petitioner was released on bail in this case and he had been appearing before the learned trial Court regularly, but on 04.09.2018, he could not appear and his bail was cancelled and now non-bailable warrants of arrest have been issued against him by the learned trial Judge. In view of above, present petition stands disposed of with the directions to the petitioner to surrender before the learned trial Court, which issued non-bailable warrants of arrest against him and where trial is pending.
