Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Present criminal revision has been filed against judgment dated 19.11.2013 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, SAS Nagar,Mohali whereby the court has upheld the order dated 10.1.2013 passed by the learned trial court dismissing the complaint of the petitioner for prosecuting the Hospital and Doctor concerned in a complaint under Sections 420,467,468,471 IPC for having caused the death of his father and therefore, committed criminal negligence. At the time of hearing learned counsel for the parties submit that the present revision petition has become infructuous in the light of an amicable settlement arrived at between the parties. Dismissed as withdrawn.
