Petitioner has approached this Court alleging violation of interim order dated 05.11.2024, Annexure P-2, passed by the Civil Judge, Junior Division, Baba Bakala, District Amritsar, in Civil Suit No.406, dated 29.10.2024, Annexure P-1.

When confronted with maintainability of the contempt petition before this Court, counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the contempt petition with liberty to pursue the remedy available to the petitioner in accordance with law.
