(Oral) CRM-30311-2021 Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the parties have amicably resolved their issues and a compromise has been effected amongst them and in fact a petition for quashing of FIR on the basis of compromise has also been filed.

- 2 - In view of the aforestated submission, the application is allowed and the matter is preponed from 21.12.2021 and is taken on Board today itself.

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking grant of regular bail in a case registered vide FIR No.493, dated 21.4.2018, Police Station jagadhri City, District Yamuna Nagar, under Sections 120-B, 406, 420 IPC (Sections 467, 468, 471 and 506 IPC added later on). 2.

The allegations are broadly to the effect that the petitioner had forged a sale deed in respect of property of the complainant i.e. a plot measuring 250 Sq. Yards.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the matter has been amicably resolved amongst the parties and in fact a petition for quashing of the FIR on the basis of compromise has also been filed. 4.

While the learned State counsel has feigned ignorance about the said compromise, but Sh. Abhimanyu Singh, Advocate, who is present on behalf of the complainant has endorsed the factum of compromise and has stated that he has no objection for grant of bail to the petitioner, who is stated to be in custody since the month of May, 2021.

In view of the aforestated position wherein the matter is stated to have been compromised amongst the parties and in fact a petition for quashing of FIR on the basis of compromise has also been filed which is admitted by learned counsel for the complainant, the petition
