-2CRR-2921 of 2015 At the outset, learned counsel for respondents No.2 to 5 submits that instant revision is not maintainable against the judgment of acquittal inasmuch as the complainant ought to have filed appeal against the impugned judgment of acquittal of the respondents in view of provisions of Section 372 Cr.P.C.
