Although no reply has been filed by the respondents, we propose to dispose of this writ petition keeping in view the order dated 28.10.2024 passed by this Court in similar case bearing no. CWP-127642024. 2.

In the present case, execution petition is pending before the concerned Court since January, 2020 and has not been decided even till date.

We expect execution proceedings to be decided at the earliest. It is stated that the next date given by the concerned Court is 10.01.2025. The petitioner would be free to move appropriate application, and the concerned Court is directed to decide the execution application expeditiously within a period of two months.
