(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for issuance of direction to respondent No.2 for getting conducted fair and unbiased investigation in case FIR No.188 dated 26.10.2018 registered under Sections 22/61 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Beas, District Amritsar-Rural, by officer not below the rank of Superintendent of Police. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the purpose would be achieved if respondent No.2 - Senior Superintendent of Police, District Amritsar-Rural, is directed to look into representation dated 14.11.2018 (Annexure P-4) moved by the petitioner. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, but without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 - Senior RAVINDER SINGH 2018.12.04 11:40 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
