This writ petition has been filed for quashing possession notice(s) dated 18.03.2019 and 30.05.2019 issued by the respondent - Bank vide which the respondent -bank has taken symbolic possession of the residential house of the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions from Sh. Gurdeep Singh, Branch Manager, Sujanpur Branch, though raising an objection qua entertainability of this writ petition, submits that the same in any case is rendered infructuous as the accounts of the petitioners have since been regularized and made standard.

Perusal of the file reveals that none had appeared on behalf of the petitioners on the last date of hearing. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Be that as it may, we do not find any justification for continuation of present proceedings in view of the categoric statement made by learned counsel for the respondent - Bank.
