(ORAL) The petitioner, by way of present petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeks issuance of directions to the learned Additional District Judge, Gurugram-cum-Executing Court to decide the execution proceedings in Execution No. 2563 of 2021, titled "Ghan Shyam Versus State of Haryana." within a time bound period. [2] Notice in the present case was issued on 30.04.2026. [3] Mr. Amit Khatri, Director, Department of Town & Country Planning, Haryana, who joins the proceedings through video-conferencing, apprises the Court about factual position.

[4] I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the paper-book.

CR No. 3586 of 2026 (O&M) [2] [5] A perusal of record shows that execution application (Annexure P-1) filed by the petitioner in December 2021 is still pending and the petitioner is waiting to get amount of compensation. [6] In view of above, the Court of Additional District Judge, Gurugram (the Executing Court) is requested to decide / dispose of the aforesaid Execution Petition as expeditiously as possible, as per law, preferably within a period of six months from today, as any further delay is going to cause serious prejudice to the rights of petitioner / landowner. [7] Petition stands disposed off accordingly.

[8] Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed off.
