(ORAL) The petitioner, by way of present petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeks issuance of directions to the learned Additional District Judge, Gurugram-cum-Executing Court to decide the execution proceedings in Execution No. 2564 of 2021, titled "Ghan Shyam Versus State of Haryana." within a time bound period. [2] Notice in the present case was issued on 30.04.2026. [3] At the time of hearing, Mr. Amit Khatri, Director, Department of Town & Country Planning, Haryana, who joins the proceedings through video-conferencing, submits that a sum of Rs. 15 lakhs has been paid to the petitioner.

[4] On the other hand, learned counsel for the petitioner disputes the calculation made by the respondent(s).

CR No. 3592 of 2026 (O&M) [2] [5] Having heard learned counsel for the parties, in the humble opinion of this Court, once the execution is pending; the dispute qua calculation shall be adjudicated upon by the learned Executing Court by looking into the relevant records, especially Form-'D'. [6] In view of above, the learned Executing Court is requested to decide / dispose of the aforesaid Execution Petition as expeditiously as possible, as per law, preferably within a period of six months from today, as any further delay is going to cause serious prejudice to the rights of petitioner / landowner.

[7] Petition stands disposed off accordingly.

[8] Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed off.
