(ORAL) The prayer in the present petition is to transfer investigation from Local Police to some Special Investigation Team as the FIR No.122 dated 21.07.2020 registered under Sections 324, 148 and 149 of Indian Penal Code is not being properly investigated.

Notice of motion.

On the asking of this Court, Mr. Ajay Pal Singh Gill, DAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3 and has stated that the petitioner was taking the treatment at PGI, Chandigarh and the investigation agency is approaching the authorities for their medical opinion as far as the injuries are concerned but because of Covid problem, they are not getting the opinion of the doctors.

Since because of the Covid problem, the medical opinion is awaited, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present GEETA RANI 2020.09.07 16:45 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
