Instant petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C seeking grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.001 dated 04.01.2021 registered under Sections 307, 332, 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Bhondsi, District Gurugram.

Having argued for sometime and realizing that the Court is not inclined to agree with his submissions, counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
