Quashing of FIR No. 228 dated 16.07.2010 under Sections 406/498-A/506/323 IPC, registered at Police Station Sohna, District Gurgaon, is being sought on the basis of compromise deed dated 17.03.2016 (Annexure P-2) Respondent No. 2 got married to petitioner on 23.04.2008. Due to temperamental differences, both the parties could not live together as husband and wife.
