(Oral) Petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 439(2) for cancellation of the regular bail granted to Amit Surya (respondent No.2), vide order dated 09.12.2016 (Annexure P-1), passed by this Court. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that the petitioner could not make the payment of Rs.2 lacs before the trial Court. He surrendered on 15.02.2017 and thereafter he has been released on regular bail by the trial Court on the same day.

Keeping in view the above-said facts, no ground for cancellation of bail is made out and the present petition for cancellation of bail filed by the petitioner is hereby dismissed.
