This is a petition moved under Section 528 of BNSS (corresponding Section 482 Cr.P.C.) read with Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for directing respondents No.2 to 4 to take appropriate action against the private respondents as per representation dated 09.03.2026 (Annexure P-5) as respondents No.5 and 6 are not registering FIR against the private respondents and seeking further direction to decide representations dated 29.09.2025, 30.09.2025, 07.02.2026 and 09.03.2026 (Annexures P-1 to P-5 respectively).

Mr. Bharat Julka, Advocate/learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will be satisfied in case a direction be issued to respondent No.2 to look into the representation dated 09.03.2026 (Annexure P-5), within a time bound manner.

The present petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 7.
