This is a petition moved under Section 528 of BNSS (corresponding Section 482 Cr.P.C.) read with Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for directing respondents No.2 to 4 to take appropriate action against the private respondents as per representation dated 09.03.2026 (Annexure P-5) as respondents No.5 and 6 are not registering FIR against the private respondents and seeking further direction to decide representations dated 29.09.2025, 30.09.2025, 07.02.2026 and 09.03.2026 (Annexures P-1 to P-5 respectively).

Mr. Bharat Julka, Advocate/learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will be satisfied in case a direction be issued to respondent No.2 to look into the representation dated 09.03.2026 (Annexure P-5), within a time bound manner.

Without adverting to the merits of the case and in view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, respondent No.3Deputy Inspector General of Police, Border Range, Ferozepur, is directed to look into the representation dated 09.03.2026 (Annexure P-5) and decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law. 6.

The present petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 7.
