This case pertains to the category of fully burnt cases of the year 2007. On the last date of hearing, since, none has put in appearance on behalf of the respondents, therefore, Registry was directed to issue notice to the respondents as well as their counsel about the next date of hearing. 2.
As per report of the Registry, notices issued to the respondents received back with the report that they are not residing at the addresses given in the memo of parties.

Today, learned counsel for the appellant contends that he is not able to get the addresses of the respondents. Therefore, he prays that the present appeal be dismissed as not pressed at this stage with liberty to revive the same as and when he will be able to get the addresses of the respondents. 4.
In view of the above, the present appeal is dismissed as not pressed at this stage with liberty to the appellant to move an application to VIRENDRA SINGH ADHIKARI 2025.05.12 10:44 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
