Prayer made in the present petition is for directing the respondents to release revised pay scale as recommended by the various commissions with regard to skilled and semi-skilled staff.

Learned State counsel refers to para 5 to 8 of the preliminary submissions of the reply dated 06.02.2024 filed by way of affidavit of General Manager, Punjab on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 4, to which there is no counter filed that relief as sought has already been granted to the petitioner. 3.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of reserving the petitioner, still with a liberty to approach the respondents, in case, any grievance subsists.
