Petitioner has assailed the order dated 12.06.2014 passed by JMIC, Dasuya whereby cross examination of two witnesses PW1 & PW 2 namely Saloni and Harwinder Singh have been treated as nil. According to learned counsel, both witnesses could not be cross-examined by counsel for the accused-petitioner due to inadvertent reasons. She prays for one opportunity for cross-examining these two witnesses.

Heard.

Keeping in view facts and circumstances of the case, this court feels that one opportunity needs to be granted to the accused-petitioner to cross-examine the two witnesses namely Saloni and Harwinder Singh. Trial court shall afford one opportunity to petitioner for this purpose subject to payment of `5,000/- as costs.
