aryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited, has pointed out that the lead case arising from same notification under Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, has already been decided in RFA-1059-2020, titled as "Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited Vs. Sandeep and others", decided on 06.10.2021. These appeals have been listed with the office report that the service of notice on some of the respondents is not complete.
Normally, once the lead case is decided and there is no enhancement, the landowners do not contest the petitions and such appeals remain pending with the Registry.
Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, these appeals are disposed of in terms of the decision in RFA-1059-2020, titled as "Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited Vs.
-6Sandeep and others", decided on 06.10.2021, with a liberty to the unserved respondents to file an application for revival, if they feel aggrieved.
