This petition has been filed under Section 528 B.N.S.S. read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of order dated 31.05.2025 (Annexure P-1) passed by the learned JMIC, Rewari.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not appear before the ld. trial Court on 31.05.2025 as he was got shifted to his parental village and he was not in contact of his counsel. As such the learned trial Court vide order dated 31.05.2025, declared the petitioner as proclaimed person. He further prays that the petitioner is ready and willing to join the proceedings before the Court and the impugned order declaring the petitioner proclaimed person be set aside.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties and gone through the case file.

In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioner and without issuing the notice to respondent No.2, this Court does not find any legitimate ground to interfere in the impugned dated 31.05.2025 (Annexure P-1) passed by the learned JMIC, Rewari. However, in case the petitioner surrenders before the trial Court within a period of 07 days from today at 10:00 A.M and moves an application for grant of regular bail, the trial Court is directed to consider and decide the application on the same day.
