In Civil Writ Petition being CWP-27705-2024, vide order dated 17.03.2025, respondent No.5 therein (respondent No.1 herein) was directed to hand over the possession of the demised premises to the Municipal Corporation, Ludhiana within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of the order.

Compliance report has been filed by respondent No.1 herein wherein it has been stated that the building has already been handed over to the Municipal Corporation, Ludhiana - respondent No.2 herein. 3.
In view of the above, the present contempt petition is disposed off. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
